The store is being hit pretty heavily at the moment so it might simply be some lag time. I'll check both of your accounts to make sure there are no errors.

Your order was successful but the serial numbers have not been generated yet. Let's give the system a few to catch up. I'll refresh things on my end to not bog down the store and let you know when I see them show up.

Not meaning to be impatient, or anything, but it seems that you need Ryan to check on your account before you get your serial#s to show up in the store....
It's Saturday, I've got a gap in my schedule, I'm raring to give this a go, is all.

One of our back end gurus fixed something that was catching certain orders. This fixed both of the cases that I was monitoring. Can everyone go check their accounts again? They look all set from my end.
