[Resolved] Sonar X3 patches

Hi all.......

It's been a while, but I have updated Sonar producer x1 to x3.  X3 install correctly and runs A-OK.  I cannot get any of the X3 patches to install.  They say that the correct program cannot be found.

HELP!!!!!!
Thanks
Bruce

You just need to install the E patch. Did you specifically download the producer patch? Rather than studio etc.

    Alex,

Yes, I downloaded the correct patch, but it still says it cannot find sonar x3.

Never heard of this happening when SONAR is installed on the C: drive.

Try downloading the producer patch again on a different browser.

I tried a different browser and used the default directories when re-installing, but no go.  I still get the error when installing any of the patches.

Figured it out and I am pissed.  I upgraded from Sonar X1 Producer to Sonar X3, not X3 Producer....****TTTTTTTTTTTTT

Not the first time this has happened. If desired, customer service will assist with the upgrade to Producer.

    ^^^^^^^^^^

With the new naming scheme in X3 it's caught others too.  Like scook mentioned, CS should be able to help you do the additional upgrade if Producer is where you intended to be.
