Hey. Nice work, looking forward to the others.

Just a semantic note: I'm not sure 'abortive' is the right word for X1's initial release - it makes it sound like they did a recall or something. Whether or not one feels they should have, they didn't... but rather stuck to their guns and came up with a series of point releases which, while they weren't exactly rapid-fire, did resolve most issues for most users.

I would say there are several words that might describe the situation better: 'troubled', 'problematic', 'contentious', and 'premature' come to mind. But it wasn't abortive - X1 has been on sale continuously since initial release and, despite initial issues, had numerous fans (as well as not-such-big-fans...) early on.

Thanks for the feedback. I need an editor

    Abortive,  "obsolete : prematurely born
    2: fruitless, unsuccessful

3: imperfectly formed or developed"  that's the meaning I had in mind.

    Cheers.

ahh... in which case, fair enough... but I think that has a more permanent ring about it somehow. Anyway. Glad you're getting along with X1 now - I agree with your assessment!

Sonar X1b was released at the end of March.
    March 21, 11 8:10 AM>

Zyler edited a post he created in February to announce the posting of the update.

I am sure he did not intend on misleading anybody.
