Right Categorising of your music? Ethno Progresive pop?

I started a new Project called `KaAnna`

But what is it? Urban? Pop? Funk?
If it`s closer to pop which one? Ethno Pop? Progresive Pop?

I will be working with my wife in this project, as my Lyrics writer.
You can listen first 4 songs from here
I can recommend `Backgammon Fishes`

I don't think ethno pop would be good. I can't tell from the sound of the music which country or region it is from. It sounds unique, but more like it's your unique style rather than a particular culture. Also 'ethno' or 'ethnic' may cause some people to close their minds and not listen to it. I would call it either 'progressive pop' or 'progressive rock'.

The songs are very nice. The singing and harmony is very nice. The words are a little hard to hear, but they are nice.

You question was about a category, but I can't answer that. I liked the songs. I listen to a lot of world music (that's the term we use in America to describe music from all over the world, as opposed to Lynrd Skynrd or Metallica or Brittney what's her name), and I like the complexity of your songs. They remind me a bit of Dead Can Dance.

p.s. Backgammon Fishes is an infectuous song. Great job.
