rock bands and keyboards? doesn't that go together like devil and holy water??

just kidding, keys rule rock songs, you just need to listen closely ...

BUT that thing on your picture looks like you might be getting it at a fair. I wouldn't bother with toys. If you want it to work on stage, save up some money and get something real

It looks alright, doesn't sound like it'd be too bad. The specs and stuf I read on it actually seem kinda nice. Plus, I want a keytar for live performance that isn't gonna cost an arm, a leg, and my first-born child.

It looks like a toy, but it might work.  Give it a try but don't be too disappointed.

I guess at that cheap, it's basically a no-risk investment.

Unless I CAN find a legitimate keytar...... :)

Be warned.. It makes no sounds of it's own. I didn't look but I assume it uses USB to connect to a computer.

I picked up the Rock band drum set from a second hand store for $10. It came with a pair of real wood sticks so I got my moneys worth from that. The drums will trigger MS wavetable MIDI if you use a 3rd party app, You get piano patch 0,, no way to change that. The latency ( guess @ 20 ms)  is not usable anyhow. Save your $30 and look for a second hand controller.

Go for it. Seriously. If it becomes a crucial part of your live act, buy two so you'll have a spare when it inevitably breaks.
