Roland A 500 Pro Act button Doesn't work

Hi friends

i have a problem with my roland a 500 pro midi controller, when i press the act button the controller resets itself lcd blinks and reinicialize. this happens too when i push 3 pads at the same time.
 
i have tested in others pc, but the same problem no act mode 
i can enter act mode only when i turn on the computer before the windows login.
