Roland RSC/RSD files

Does anyone know if it is possible to import or convert midi files created and stored using a Roland sequencer (MT-120s) for use in Sonar? The files are readable on my PC but not accessible. I have quite a few songs saved this way and right now it looks like the only way to get them useable is to play each one into Sonar. (a very time consuming proposition)
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

hi. I'm not sure what RSC files actually are but I imagine they are some kind of sequencer data file, similar to a midi file. If this the case, then try changing their file extension to .mid and importing them as a midi file within Sonar. I have often found this technique to work with other manufacturers files.

For every song that is stored to a floppy disk, two files are created: a 1 KB RSC file and an (X) KB RSD file. Given the various RSD file sizes (25 to 90 KB), I can only assume they actually contain the midi information. I have tried to rename the RSD files as MID and then open them but to no avail. I didn't bother renaming the RSC file but will try it.
As far as I know, the RSC stands for Roland Sound Canvas but I may be wrong.

(I just tried renaming and importing the .rsc files as .mid and Sonar wouldn't recognize it. Bummer...)
