Roland UA11 DUO CAPTURE mk2 - ASIO panel and latency problem under bundled Sonar LE

Hello to everybody, i signed up to forum to seek a solution for my problem. I own this computer for two years with low performance soundblaster audigy card. I decided to buy a cheap audio interface to have possible lowest latency for VSTI synts and effects. I wanted to record things with bundled software. I set eveything up. I installed Roland drivers. Disabled SB card from system settings. Roland interface was working, i even tried to use it with Cantabile Free software. I adjusted latency inside its audio engine menus. I played several VSTI s on it and latency was around 6.5 ms.almost instant which is quite improvement over sounblaster junk. I found it is a quite nice interface for such money paid. I installed Sonar LE bundled with UA11, i played few notes on my keyboard and midi was working with low quality midi sound but with a noticable delay like i have WDM drivers on soundblaster live in my win98PC 15 years ago. I found Audio setting under preferences menu and clicked to ASIO settings. I changed the settings to have low latency, but it said it was being used by another application. it suggests me to quit that one and restart sonar LE. what is the problem now? I restarted CP i checked bios for onboard card etc. very simple software like cantible works but bundles sonar LE dont at same settings what can be wrong? am i missing something. Could you please assist me to sort things out?
