Ronnie Montrose

For some reason I was thinking about Ronnie Montrose, been playing my Montrose CD (the yellow album) and checked out "They Only Come Out at Night" from the library.

Decided to check on what he was doing these days and very saddened to find that just passed away a couple months ago; even sadder to learn it was suicide.

Maybe you all already knew, but I missed it and thought others here would want to know.

And this after reading about Donald "Duck" Dunn this morning (on another thread).

    Hi,

On the other thread I mention his first solo album. I still think it's a great album!

As a wise Guy once stated from his holy chapala ... none of the hits, none of the time ... prevents you from becoming just another turkey in the middle of all the other turkeys!
