Ruler not aligned with Piano Roll - See Image

This is the second time I saw this.  The Ruler seems to be aligned to with the controller lanes, but not the Piano Roll.  Anybody else get this?

    Yeah I get it. It seems to be a bug of sorts, as soon as it redraws when scrolling it corrects itself. I also get disappearing data in the PRV notes window when switching back to a SS with it open in sometimes.

    The data is there you just can't see it until re-double clicking the relative track in the TV. Seems to be a bit inconsistent but it's definitely there. I can't find a consistent replication method either.
