S 8.5 PE + Line6 FBV express mkII + Line 6 pod Farm ... setting up question

Hi folks. Anyone but me that sits on the setup mentioned in the subject^^ ? Sonar and some hard-n-software from line6? A floorboard controller and the POD Farm 2. Well i just bought me the Line6 things.
 
I find that i am fairly new to the ACT and midi learn things. not "fairly" new but "all" new... and i dont get it up and running all the way. I can - however - make the floorboard controller to work with other plugins; as a first task i wanted to use the line6 pedal to control a WhaWha, and with the Sonitus WhaWha all works fine (i worked myself through the ACT help parts in the manual, and it did it).
 
BUT, i cant get the knobs n sliders in Line 6 Pod farm to "see" my foot controller. i right click, choose "midi learn" but... nothing. A bit strange, both products are Line6.
 
Anyone with a solution? It is maybe very simple?

    Hi Vallhagen..
    I was looking to get a FBV express for my POD Farm. Watched a short video on the line 6 web site that went thru the basics of setting this up and all looked straight forward. BUT I do know you have to set up POD Farm in SONAR as aVST SYNTH not an FX in order for the MIDI commands to get thru to it. I did set my POD FARM up this way and had the wah working from my keyboard **** wheel, just to try it, not intending to stick my foot up and use it this way

    Ah... as synth, not just plugin effect. Gotta try that...

    thanx for input. And there is a video for this thing on the Line6  web :) ? That site is a mess, but ill search for it :) ...

    Anyway... ill be back to this thread with results... or un-results...

    Sorry to dig up an old thread. I recently got the Studio GX with POD Farm and a FBV Express MKii. I am trying to get it working with Sonar. I do not see a way to use POD Farm as a Synth. Could anyone lend some help here?
