SD card recorder Mono or Stereo

HI

Any way i can record mono to the SD card ?
When I import it to the sonar 8.5 studio I shows two wave (Stereo file).

So the question i like to record in mono. It is possible ?

    The operation of the wave recorder on the VS-100 depends on the "WAV-Rec Source Mix" parameter.  

    I personally like the "1-2" setting because it's versatile.   This setting records ch 1 panned hard left and ch 2 hard right into a stereo wav file.  It lets me record stereo, one mono track or two mono tracks on channels 1-2.  When you import the resulting wav file in to Sonar, there's a check box on the import dialog that lets you import as mono tracks.  If you recorded only one mono source, just delete the unused track.

    If it's important to you to record only a mono track, select the "1" setting and you'll get a mono file.
