SD3 is this possible?

Hey guys I posted something on this a while back, I don't know if it can be done and if not perhaps it could be a suggestion for CW to do in the future. There are a couple of sounds I would like to get but either don't know how or just can't find them in SD3 one is chimes like this http://www.vintagedrum.com/item/Treeworks-Tre23-Classic-Chime-UP-TRE23
 
And of course I'm still trying to come up with a realistic sounding cymbal swell, I would think you could toss in a few samples in those stock kits but hey thats just me:) How do you guys achieve these sounds?
