SFZ player in SOnar not importing soundfont files?

Hi all,

I recently got some sound fx from Digital sound factory and for some reason the bundled SFZ player in SOnar 8.5PE won't load the *.SF2 files... any ideas about how to make this work?


Sonar X1 Expanded PE 64 bit
Intel i7 2600k oc'd, 16Gb DDR3 RAM, intel 320 SSD OS drive, 7200RPM HDDx2, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit VS 100, Tascam US-2000, UAD2 - Izotope, Fabfilter, NI Komplete 7/Kore2 & +, Spectrasonics+

    I assume you mean DropZone. You'll have to find a way to convert the SF2s to SFZs (there's a utility out there in GoogleLand). Otherwise, download the free sfz! program from RGCaudio. It can play SF2 files.

    I meant the RGCaudio plugin... and I just figured out, I have both 32 bit Sonar and 64 bit Sonar... it'll work in 32 bit sonar. I was trying in 64 bit earlier.
