SI Instuments in Guitar tracks 4 Pro

I cant get the string instruments in my GT4 Pro to work. The bass will work as a stand alone but not with the piano roll like it used to and the strings section wont sound at all. I cant find any help anywhere. Has anyone had this problem and how do I fix?
