Zo -thanks a bunch for doing that. I got a lot out of it. Very helpful.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

I'm going to just add a +1 here.  You did a great job Zo. If someone is interested in Signal, this is a very useful walk through.

but I do find the product very limited and boring... samples just suck and we can't import our own...

nope at all ..samples are "clean" and this is exactly what we need  ...if you listen to any "basic" waves form of your synths it's even like that and then the "design" can make you create beauties ...

This is the case here  .... if you know how to use it it's exellent and sounds can be crazy
    !!*

if not , the presets are exellent too ..

maybe I'm just burnt on all these sound modulators... I just don't see it as that exciting.  I'm regretting most of my purchases in this realm these days...

i hear you ....it really depend on how you work ....if you like speed and intuitive aproch of production with quik presets tweaking , not for you maybe , but for pre production/ sound design stuff it's great .... one of my fav still is eDNA since you can go both roads ....

I love eDNA, Zo... could spend months in there!  Albion 4, not so much!  Wish I would have picked up their evos instead... Natural Forces I'll keep just for the awesome weather samples... it's perfect for embellishing the mood of climate change songs... and once the rains hit I'll be able to appreciate the "gravity" of the situation!

I rely on sound designers... I'm more into songwriting, words, harmonies, guitars... ya know... all this stuff is a catalyst for spontaneous composition... and the impacts like Alpha/Bravo or Natural forces are frosting for me... and when we have amazing people like skippy and airwave creating sounds for O2... I'm a pig in a pile of slop!

I love O2's multi management and am getting to appreciate Kontakt's also.  Creating more and more these days, but I don't have enough time for indepth sound design... maybe when I can afford to retire from gardens (dream on, dana)

While I may not have the time to design, it is amazing as is... and 125 ea??? 60 gigs among 2 unique wanglers... they are now mine!

Yep!  Both are VERY awesome and beautiful... great rhythmic and ambient sound scapers... I will use them a lot for those thumps and touches... BTW, also watched ur REV vid and sent both off to a friend who just got both also...

But ya know, I felt immediately that I'd been there before... and brought up eDNA and said, YAS!!!  eDNA is really so cool and it's engine is similar and very powerful(will take me a bit to figure it all out) but the browser sucks... no way to find the endless **** after you find it the first time... in that respect, Signal really kicks butt...

Don't understand spitfire for not finishing the browser improvements they promised... it's like "we're so busy we can't fix our most novel creation"... Poo Poo on them!

I've also been muckin with the Iceni brunnel loops tonight.  Wow! a hidden gem!

    Feel like it's Xmas...

and you are part Santa Closet! Hope it rains a lot this elnino...

Yep you're absolutly right ....when i said Output is easy in my top 3 , is because , it's not nling bling , but theyr really think and implement their product well ...i had a discussion with Greg about this , and how i found that they design intreface that really conduct the use where they want him to be ... not that easy
I still have some remarks to make like the ability to use its own samples or soundsources expensions ....but even without it's a serious product / dev .

Spitfire really is a beauty to ... i didn't albion 4 (useless here) but the 1/2/3  , Edna , leo Abrahams, Sound dust ...ect ...are just exellent ...not perfect in some technical aspect , but dude , that sound !!!  i think they 're aware of it since the last big realease from the competition , i think they will rethink some stuff (and i hope it will not be marketing / sale model !!)

By the way thank you for the kind words ...i answer here since that Google + thing is needed to reply on youtube and i don't want to use this crap !!!
If you guyz needs me to go on other library, just tell me  ;)
