SOLVED: Anyone else with issues editing in the drum grid pane with 2017.3 early release?

Can't do anything with the drum hits in the Drum Grid Pane using drum maps. They are frozen, can't move, copy or any other type of editing of individual hits. Anyone else having this issue?

    You are right. Can't move or edit notes in drum grid. I can alt-click to add notes but that is it.

    I just figued it out. Near the upper right in the Drum Grid Pane is "Auto Lock". That was on by default.  I never even knew it was there. I just clicked it off and the grid was unlocked and now I can manipulate the notes again.

    Even with the autolock turned off, I still can't move my hits using the smart tool.

    After further review I have to say this is still a problem. For me I can edit in the drum pane as long as the auto-lock is off. But doesn't that defeat the purpose the auto-lock is intended for?

    Does the track with the DM have the edit/pencil icon enabled?   I think auto-lock prevents editing in anything but the focused track, which should have the pencil enabled.   I don't work with DMs much but that seems to be the case with regular MIDI tracks.
