[SOLVED] Can't install the AD2.ins file (as per azslow3's site)

Hi,
 
I'm trying to import this .ins file, but when I go to Edit > Preferences > MIDI - Instruments, the Define button is greyed out and I can't continue beyond this point.  What am I missing?

    Do you have any MIDI device enabled? If not, the left side list is empty and the button is grayed.
    Enable some in the MIDI/devices. That can be temporarily, f.e. Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth, just that you can use the button.

    Thank you also for providing the .ins file.  Editing in PRV will definitely be a lot easier now.
