SOLVED: Dim pro not showing additional content

Hi, All,

I have installed all the bonus Dim Pro content available in Sonar 8 (including 8.3 content patch). However, the only programs I see in the program browser are just the ones that come with dim pro out of the box. No expansion packs, no proteus samples, no "Classic Keys", nothing. The programs are present in the Program Files(386)\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro directory. If I try to drag and drop a .prog to the dim pro window it works fine. Also, if I run Sonar as administrator and load dim pro in there, they all show up, so it seems an old program list is cached somewhere in my user settings.

Might anyone have any idea how to proceed?

edit: forgot to add specs

Try this: Open up DimPro's Program Browser, then press 'F5' to refresh it.

If you're on Vista, I'm thinking that either the DimPro or Rapture free bonus sounds installed into the XP location, and IIRC I had to move them.

I don't remember the details now, because I long ago moved my Dim Pro Multisamples folder elsewhere.

Note that if you're using Sonar pressing F5 brings up the Go Time dialog instead of refreshing the list in DimPro. Perhaps there is a workaround to doing it in Sonar but I don't know what it is. When I need to refresh DimPro's program list I open DimPro up in Sony Acid Music Studio and press F5 and it refreshes the list. The new refreshed list will then display correctly in either program.
