SOLVED: FX Preset Monitorizer - can someone advise wat the actual setting are?

I have tried in another thread to find the actual FX chain preset with no luck as i have installed all the Sonar releases and it is still not there, so could someone who has it please list here the components used and their settings?
 
At least then I can "build" it myself.
