SOLVED Melodyned (Ed2) vocal clips make no sound

The first two verses of a song(SPLAT) had been tuned with Melodyne Editor 2 and have played for a couple weeks, easily.
Today when I opened that project there is no sound for the vocal (the two tuned verses). The waveforms are showing, but no sound. I didn't change anything lately, as I've been working on drums and bass for that project/song.
 
I did update to 2016.3

    Crap! I went to my laptop to open the project there and it's missing! What the hell happened?!?!
     
    Both PC's are Win10 and the March update 2016 of SPLAT.

    I got no responses and just kept messing with the clips in question. Though I had used Melodyne and rendered the clips, Melodyne was still showing as "inserted clip effect", so once I deleted it (in each clip)every plays as it should.
