SOLVED Platinum with Focusrite Scarlett: How to get rid of Creative ASIO splash screen ?

I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6.  Each time I start SONAR Platinum, the computer first brings up a splash screen for Creative ASIO and waits for me to click on OK.  How do I get rid of that, please, so it just loads SONAR?   Thanks.
 
SOLVED: Apparently this is a frequent annoyance.  From a forum for another DAW, the instruction was to find CTASIO.DLL in /Windows/System32 or /Windows/SYSWOW64 and rename the file.
