SOLVED Recording Cakewalk AN-879 Analyst HOW?

Recording Cakewalk AN-879 Analyst HOW?
I need a walk through on how to actually record this information.
I've placed Analyst in the FX bin of a specific instrument I want to analyze and can get a real time visual of the spectrum however I want to actually record this information as per the instructions but can't find the way to "arm and record". See below for the written instructions
The instruction are as follows
"Auto button --click this to enable automation recording of Analyst's four parameters.

These parameters represent the average level of the musical spectrum split up into 4 bands. After you enable this button, you can arm and record these parameters in your host application. You can then reassign the resulting envelopes to an EQ, for example"
How/where do you actually arm and record these values

Thanks,

Fred
