SOLVED: Startup Screen New Project Issue/Question

In my Sonar, from the Startup screen, when I select New Project a 16-track MIDI template loads. Should that happen?

    New Project should start with whatever template is set as the default. In the start screen, the default template has a blue star in the upper left. The default template has a asterisk to the right of the template name in the New Project File dialog.
