[SOLVED] Step Sequence into PRV?

Hi there,
I ran across this video. Not sure what DAW is being used but I'd really like to find a way to do what is being done here
using SPLAT and the PRV.

The link should take you to 13:30 in the video.
Please have a look at how he's entering notes using a keyboard.
No tempo necessary until playback.

Is this able to be done in Sonar Platinum?
