SOLVED THANK YOU L-PHASE MULTIBAND

hi everyone, I downloaded the above plugin from the command manager, however, I can't find it in either the FX dropdown menu or plugin manager. I have run a plugin scan.
can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

    Hi. You say you downloaded it through CCC. Did you install it as well?
    If so, which version? Can you locate it in your Vst, or Vst3 folder?

    thank you both for answering me. however, I have to admit, watching the introduction mystifies me, maybe someone can point me to a tutorial that has actual music. the cat doing the demo is highlighting the EQ band for "vox", where are the vocals? I don't mean to be over critical but jeez zee.

    the vocals are very subtle. they are kind of a crowd of whispering people - you can barely hear them. it's really more a demo than a tutorial

    thank you steve. again, i don't mean to be critical. i'm just so frustrated with trying to make what i do sound half way decent.
