(SOLVED) TRacks5-I can't get VST3 versions of newly purchased modules to show up in CWbBL

I succumbed to the TR5 group buy yesterday, bought the Lurssen Mastering Console with 10 free TR5 modules.
I installed three of the modules and loaded CW to see how they got on.  They don't appear. No matter what I do, reinstall, re-authorise, reinstall TR5, nothing will make these three modules visible to select in CW as an effect.  I have had no troubles whatsoever before using TR5 as a 'suite' in CW or loading just individual modules to a track.  I've had six or seven exchanges on a ticket with their technical support to no avail.  When I load CW the scan notification shows them being recognised, and the total available increments.  But they don't then later appear in the list of available plugin effects!  I can load the 'TR5 Suite' as an effect in a track and the missing modules can be loaded into that, but I can't load, for examples the Bus Compressor, on its own into a bus or track like I can all the other modules that came with TR5.
 
I have the same trouble in Studio One 3, so there's something wrong with how I have these installed or with TR5.
 
Has anyone else encountered this non-identification of individual modules like this, or can suggest how I hunt down the problem?
IK tech support is just giving me the obvious, shallow answers I'm afraid.
