SOLVED: Toggle between Clip-Gain and Clip? ... Garrigus and Stevec

I'm constantly switching between Clip-Gain and Clip ... via the "T" tools menu or the drop-down menu (in the track view track area).

What short cut might exist to toggle quickly?  Or might I assign 2 macros .... etc.?

Thanks in advance,

I always use Shift+Click instead of T or directly to the Edit Filter.    There's also a combo that goes back and forth between the last two selections, but I can never remember what it is.

Shift+Right-click will toggle between the last two automation selections... including between Clip and Clip Gain.

Shift+Right-click

I will remember this time, I will remember this time, I will remember this time, I will remember this time...

Hahahahah!

Thanks exceedingly Garrigus and Stevec:

Shift-click works directly on the envelope and shift-right-click works anywhere on the clip (and track).

Surely, the memory is ingrained!

We shall see...

So it's Shift+Click to select any envelope or clip, and Shift+Right Click to alternate back and forth between two specific objects.   Maybe this time it'll stick!

Glad to help! All these "goodies" (and plenty more) are in the Power! books.
