[SOLVED]Track Is Muted After Recording

I hope somebody has an answer for this. I revisited a project and deleted the guitar track. I recorded a new track, and when I hit stop, it was muted. No big deal, unmuted it. But now it's happening with every track I record. Did I inadvertently hit a keyboard shortcut or something? Has anyone ever heard of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
