SONAR 2017.01: Still issues with Synth Rack and Delete Key

There are still cases, where the delete key doesn't work because the synth rack is docked on top. When I save a project with the synth rack on top, and then open it, the delete key is working. But when I move the synth rack to the bottom and then to the top again, the delete key in track view stops working.
 
Also, the issue with the synth rack docking itself at the top, when a project is saved with the synth rack docked at the bottom and the media browser collapsed, still exists.
