SONAR 6 - is there a way to align measure starts to MIDI data to create tempo map?

In Sonar 6, after you play in a midi track in real time with all your nuances and timing, can you then go back and drag barlines to lineup with the first beat of measures -- thus creating a tempo map? Or is there something similar to this In Sonar 6? Would be very helpful while writing orchestral music. I heard about this feature in Nuendo, and was wondering...
