SONAR Installation location preferences

hello,
Looking for the optimum storage location for the software and the recorded files.

On a windows 10 PC, 1) when installing SONAR is it better to install on the same C: drive as the operating system or another drive:

Also, 2)  should I store the recorded file folders on same drive as the software

or does it matter at all?

Thank you for any replies.

Hi. I have SONAR installed on C, along with  OS, plugins and soft synths etc.
I have samples, libraries and projects (incl. recorded Audio) on separate drives.
    All the best
