SONAR LE stopped reading Amplitube 3

Evenin all,
In the middle of a recording session I had about half a dozen guitar tracks open with amplitube as a plug in loaded in the normal fashion.  Also had one instance of ezdrummer open.
I add another audio track as normal but when I go to drop amplitube in I get a message stating that the plug in is missing or improperly saved on my system.  I've tried re-scanning and it shows that amplitube is there.  The other existing tracks have not been affected even when I closed down and restarted.
Have I got to delete and re-install amplitube?  Ideally i'd prefer not to as that would mean losing my presets.  Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regardless of the message, you've probably reached the limit on the number of effects you can use simultaeously in SONAR LE. I believe that is 8.
To use more effects, you will have to Process>Apply the effects to a few tracks. That will permanently apply the effects to the tracks and delete the effects from the tracks. Then you can insert more instances of Amplitube.
For safekeeping, it's generally a good idea to copy the uneffected tracks before using Process>Apply effects, just in case some time in the future you may want to have the original, uneffected track to work on again.
Archive the copies so they won't play and use processing power.

Or, you can delete the effects from a few tracks, Insert a stereo bus, set the outputs of those tracks to that new bus, add the effect to that bus.
That way, you can have a bunch of tracks using the one instance of Ampltube.
