thanks man, nice to have them back - even though you can do it with the HUD or keybindings, it's kind of strange to not have them there at all, and I really don't see the logic in CW having removed them. 

Now that I know how to enter key signatures too, I'm doing OK in staff view! It's still limited and frustrating in a number of ways, and is crying out for some attention, but it's more or less functional for basic use again. 

My 2 biggest complaints with X1 (note values in PRV AND Staff view) are now solved,  Thanks Ben!

This program has made me so much happier with X1. You're efforts are not wasted and I hope everyone donates a couple bucks to show their appreciation.

Ben I am here to tell you that you are NOT wasting your time with these updates. You should have some way to tell how many people are downloading the new file. That should give you an idea if your efforts are for naught. I'm downloading right now.
