SONAR Under-Utilizes CPU When Exporting Audio

My CPU is an i7. When SONAR Professional exports audio, total CPU usage is about 14%, and SONAR's CPU usage is about 13%. How do I make SONAR use all 4 of my CPU cores when exporting audio?
