SONAR VS3 / VS-100 2.0.2 driver and 1.50 firmware installation problems

Hello all,
 
I have a VS-100, currently with firmware 1.19.  I am trying to install the newest driver (2.0.2) onto a new computer running Windows 8.1, and then upgrade the firmware to 1.50.  I am not able to do either -- when I try to install the driver after unzipping by clicking on setup.exe, I get "Files incomplete or cannot be read.  The program will be terminated." If I go into the Files folder on the driver, click on 64bit, and try to run setup.exe there, I get "Setup.dat does not exist".  I get likewise nowhere with trying to see into any part of the new firmware.  Any help, please?     Oh, never mind.
     
    Sure helps to unzip the driver and firmware files before trying to install them ...
