SONAR X1 Audio dropping

Hello Guys it has been such a longtime since I last login to see what is going on, but I am up to date now .  I still have not purchase Sonar X 2 as yet. Funny enough I was at the check out section at the cakewalk store to buy it at the offer of $75.00 us , but differed as I promise myself to purchase it when I have release my current track using Sonar X1 .  Iam close to mastering and have one  small trumpet take to add to the over all mix...BUT the aduio keeps droping OUT ...! and this Little box appears ...what the hell is going on. Can some one of my fellow  brothers assist me

Thanking in anticipation

I would try increasing the audio buffers. You can do this in Sonar X1 if you are using WDM type drivers or with your ASIO panel if using ASIO. You don't need low latency for mixing.
