SONAR X1 - Cakewalk SoundCenter

I am using SONAR X1 and creating a track using Cakewalk SoundCenter.  I select drums and Electric Kicks and Snares from the Drums type and record a very basic beat.  The only effect I am using is Quantize.  When I play the track back, it is fine.  I then closed the project and re-opened it.  When I play the track back this time, it sounds like there is a quick delay on all of the drums.  Has anyone encountered this or does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you for your time.
