There's several ways. This is probably as easy as any....

    1. Open the Browser (Press B)
    2. Clickon the "Media" tab drop down menu (in the browser) and select "show all files/folders"
    3. Navigate to the folder on your HD
    4. Drag and drop the file(s) into the track view pane.

You can insert an audio track and then go to file...import audio.

You can also just drag and drop files directly from Windows Explorer into the SONAR workspace. SONAR will automatically create a new audio track and import the audio file.
