SONAR X1 really "SUCKS" Threads!
"SONAR X1 really "SUCKS" Threads! You have seen many of those threads here lately on this FORUM. The frustration seem to be huge especially from those that doesn't own or used SONAR X1. Of course it always take some time to master any DAW program. Personal I feel that SONAR X1 has made a major leap in the right direction and into the future. Right GUI and right kind of new features that professional engineers, songwriter and producers are looking for. But I do understand the big frustration from some users. Like some frustrated members said; "SONAR X1 ain't professional! It really SUCKS BIG TIME!!! and it has not "PRO" in the brand-name either! I still haven't used it because I can't find any cracked version on Piratebay but it still sucks anyway!!!" And quotes like: ; "I have been waiting long time now on that Cakewalk SONAR work on right platform. SONAR X1 really sucks!!!I mean, you need to use a PC and you need also to "double click" to launch the program? All other programs launch automatic. How unprofessional is that? I do understand the frustration perfectly from all those users! I mean all their other programs work just fine and are much easier to use. You just insert the DVD and XBOX launch the program automatic for them... Have a great day! Regards Freddie

i tend to view what freddie is saying, if i may be permitted to analogise: your basically making love to the same female every day, then all of a sudden she appears one day dressed different, shorter skirt, no panties (easy access means increased work flow) and you stand back and say "well i dont like the look of that, i aint getting the same erection, love making is taking a step back here, not for professional love makers like me", when all it is the same virgina, but dressed different

so u have something against having a professional EFX button on the front of every audio track ?. Just imagine the simplicity . To have access to all you're efx in one track using a single click. And after that u close all you're efx again using a single click.. For example u have 6 insert efx in one track . And with a single click u open all 6 efx at the same time . and after u edit them u close all 6 EFX with one click .. so u have something against having a professional EFX button on the front of every audio track ?. lool Are u crazy ??. margo hows yer love life??, oh i all most forgot, you feel sexually inferior to men and women eh haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I MUST REPEAT THE SAME QUESTION FOR YOU'RE iq'S so u have something against having a professional EFX button on the front of every audio track ?. Just imagine the simplicity . To have access to all you're efx in one track using a single click. And after that u close all you're efx again using a single click DIRECTLY FROM YOU'RE AUDIO TRACK.. For example u have 6 insert efx in one track . And with a single click u open all 6 efx at the same time . and after u edit them u close all 6 EFX with one click .. so u have something against having a professional EFX button on the front of every audio track ?. lool Margo i must repeat again, hows yer libido, oh impotentcy and sexual inferiority, not a good combination, tell you wat, give me your home address and i'll send you a copy of the uk's premier dirty magazine, "readers wives", then we'll see if thet helps the blood rush to the lower regions, after that, you can even try a rubber doll, they're getting better, mp3 player built in, so you can play you favourite howls and moans (nothing stopping you from loadin a mans howls in) "oh margo give it to me babes, oh margo, oh margo". muhwaaaaaaaaaaah

Hi my fiend! We just jocking with you! Its great idea and if you take your time you will find that this kind of new feature has been implemented in SONAR X1 already called "FX Chain Preset". The same as you, I don't like to open IN and OUT plugins all day long in my studio either so now we have a new better way of doing all this. New functions in SONAR X1 to Open windows and Plugins. The new function are also called "Screen-sets". Yes, screenset feature you can find in Cubase 5 and LOGIC too but SONAR X1 have implemented this function in much smarter and more flexible way. You can example "Open" a VST-I instrument example Kontakt 4 or many plugins on one screenset that you use a lot example "Screen-set 2". So next time you wanna edit you hit button "2" on keyboard and all you plugins come up as you left it. You can use how many physical SCREENS you want. I use two and all settings and windows are stored in one single "Screenset"..and there are even more new functions... Many features are the same on all kinds of platform like Cubase, Pro Tools HD, SONAR and Logic example SONAR Audio Snap feature! You can find exactly the same feature and function in PRO TOOLS HD 9. And not just that----> the "control box" looks almost the same in both those two programs. All markers are called "Transients" too. Best Regards Freddie

I'm an amateur/hobbyist/bedroom producer/non-pro* and I use a control surface to control my FX/EQs etc. and apply with my ears rather than visually so I don't have that problem. Of course if I ever become professional then I guess that'll be a problem for me too. *delete to your taste

OK it aint an analog synth, compressors and pre amps... is you're beloved machine . U have 2 options . 1 )masturbation and 2)that machine... I think we are over with this one ... Go to you're mother and tell her that you're sorry ....Sweet dreams it's never over with me, you cant tell the difference between an analog synth and processors, which means you're pretty clueless when it comes to pro audio equipment, which also means that you're obviously not got a clue about DAW apps, you are the most ****ed up troll i've seen on here to date, no wonder your sexually confused, ever contemplated taking your own life, the japanese call it hari kari, doing the honourable thing, do your self a favour margo eh

You can do music anywhere today on the planet, you don't need big studios to make a Hit song. The different is the "Pro"'s have it as a day job. More glamorous then that it isn't. an amateur/hobbyist/bedroom producer/non-pro* can have more knowledge and be better on producing, mixing and writing a hit song then the PROs.. Especially when we have tools like SONAR X1. Best Regards Freddie
