I got the Mix video - haven't watched it, but read about it from other posts - seems good - I am looking forward to watching it later tonight,

I thought it was about time for this question to surface again. I have all the cakewalk videos. X2 Explained is a great video. SWA mix clinic not so much. if you are going to choose between the two get X2 Explained. It is much better.

You should also look into SWA Complete Sonar X2. Karl does a fantastic job explaining Sonar X2, but I think the real strong point is all the time in the beginning he spends showing you how to set up your hardware, and setting up midi. I really liked the way X2 Explained was setup. Explained x2 and SWA Complete Sonar X2 are the two best videos for X2

    Thanks guys!

I thought this was discussed before but I did not find it in the search. I searched my HD for SWA Complete Sonar X2 and it turns out, I already have it. I guess I should watch it lol
I am having a very hard time spending my $20 coupon from Cakewalk. lol

The search function doesn't work properly. I just use google and include Cakewalk or Sonar + whatever I'm looking for in my search terms. Gets lots more relevant hits than the internal search engine.

Karl also has a youtube page in his sig line so you can sample some of his tuts. He's very concise. I'll probably snag his vid at some point. Gotta watch my cash right now though. I'm hoping it will do some tricks. ;-)
