SONAR X2 Studio: How many simultaneous tracks can be recorded at once?

SONAR X2 Studio: How many simultaneous tracks can be recorded at once?

I've searched the forum and browsed a lot of the literature but I just can't find the answer to this simple question.

I have an Akai EIE which provides me with 4 channels in and 4 channels out via USB.
Can SONAR X2 Studio record 4 tracks simultaneously?

If not, what SW DAW can? Thanks.

    SONAR Studio does not place a limit on the number of tracks that can be simultaneously recorded.

    As many as your computer and your audio interface will allow. Its more a matter of the interface. I can record 16 tracks at once.
