SONAR X2 - Track templates are not saving panning or fader levels

  Hi everybody, I'm currently having issues with exporting and inserting track templates. It used to work fine for me and now when i export the track template, it seems it will not save the panning of each track nor the fader level. Any suggestions? thank you

    Thanks for the reply ronkenobi. I've tried it with that button both selected and de-selected. Same results. Is there anything else that could affect this?
