SONAR X3d : Loss of mouse pointer

Hello,
when you right click on a clip, and then you click the same clip with Ctrl + right click, the mouse pointer disappears from the GUI. This problem is reproducible every time.
Do you have the same problem?

    I could not make the mouse cursor disappear performing right click followed by CTRL+right click on clips with either audio or MIDI clips in audio, MIDI or instrument tracks.

    I suspect it's your mouse driver unless you have more specific steps (i.e. Give us step by step from a new project). Who makes you mouse? Cheers...

    Some manufacturers have software that intercepts commands before they can go to Windows or the application. Also please check your "Mouse and Keyboard settings" and check if the mouse has a function assigned to CTRL-right click.

    Hello,
    I have Logitech mousse (performance MX) and Windows 8.1 64.
    I have the same behavior with and without official mousse drivers. Let me explain, when I posted about it on my mouse driver was the Windows 8.1 driver. I then downloaded the driver from Logitech web site, and the result is the same.
    To return to your question Alex, to find the mouse pointer, I close Sonar X3 and restarts. In fact, the pointer disappears just in Sonar X3 not in Windows 8.1.

    Sorry I'm really not clear on your steps.

    1) Open Sonar X3D
    2) Create a brand new project.
    3) Add new audio track.
    4) Drag a clip onto an audio track.

    So I don't quite understand what you are saying here but I think you are trying to say that it's project specific and new projects are not effected.

    If that's what you mean you may try bundling and then unbundling projects to see if this makes a difference. Otherwise maybe try copying and pasting tracks into new projects....


    Or it could be plugin specific...

    I found why!!!
    it's with AudioSnap. When you selects Transient Audio on the track and then you choose Pool display lines, time to time lines do not appear on all tracks and in this case if you get back on track and Clips selected, you make a right click and a second by pressing the CTRL key, the mouse pointer disappears but not if all lines are displayed.

    I don't quite follow what your saying and looking at your screenshot I don't see a track with Edit Filter set to Transients so pool lines would be shown, but I can' reproduce the disappearing cursor in any case. Incidentally, what result are you expecting from Ctrl+right-click?

    Sorry I'm confused as well, I suggest competing the steps as I suggested in #6 (i.e. a numbered list). leaving out no steps whatsoever (or we will be confused). If you summarise even a few steps we just we probably won't be of much help.
     
    Please specify what you expect at the end of the steps and what you actually get (i.e. missing mouse pointer).
    It will be the only way we would be able to confirm if this is actually a bug or not.
