SONAR not recognizing Cirklon ?

I have only one music related  USB device connected to my computer - a Sequentix Cirklon.  Windows 7  (SP1) recognizes the Cirklon (according to Device Manager),
but when I start SONAR I get an error/warning message saying "No MIDI Devices Connected".

What can I do to make SONAR see the Cirklon??

Thanks!

Intel i7 - 920 @ 2.67Ghz, 6GB Ram
WIN 7 (64 bit) SP1
SONAR Platinum

Is it set up in Edit>Preferences?

    Latest firmware and drivers?
    http://www.sequentix.com/sq_download.htm

There is a link to their forums on there for drivers etc.

The Cirklon is up to date, and is operating correctly.
I used Midi-Ox to detect the midi activity of the Cirklon.

The problem is that SONAR is not detecting the Cirklon as being attached tot he computer.
It is set up in Edit/Preferences/Midi/Devices, but upon start up I get an error message from SONAR indicating that the Cirklon cannot be found.

So having it setup in Edit/Preferences is of no functional use.  SONAR does not seem to recognize that Cirklon is attached.

Assuming you are receiving on the correct MIDI channel in Sonar....

Sequentix board might help, perhaps do a search there first:
