SONAR.CHM 2016 10 ?

I can't seem to find SONAR.CHM for Splat 2016 10.

    Local help is in a separate download/install item under the main SONAR heading in Command Center

    yeah, it's not there and its not coming up in a search. Is it not called SONAR.CHM any longer?
    I just grabbed the doc from the CC on my laptop that I never install it on and installed the most resent one. it's
    "New in SONAR 2016.09, September 29, 2016:" So where is 2016 10?

    I believe 2016.10 were only fixes and improvements.
    not sure what an update to the help file would include ?
    see what I mean. I believe the help file is only updated when it includes new features.

    Seriously, I haven't updated the local docs for months.  Judging by the What's New section in the online docs, I doubt they bothered.  I wouldn't have.
