SONARPDR.EXE Has Stopped Working Error

I have Sonar 8.3 Producer, X2 Producer, and X3e Producer all installed on an I3 computer with 6 GB Ram.  I recently installed Windows 10 with updates and every time I try to start X2 or X3 I immediately get the error message SONARPDR.EXE has stopped working. I went back and tried the other versions I have installed and got the same results with X2 however 8.3 runs fine.  All software is 64 bit and I'm using a Focusrite 2i2 for my soundcard. I did reinstall the latest 2i2 driver but it made no difference.  Any ideas?
