SONARPDR.exe has stopped working DOA

I've installed X1 and after first start up and scan of VST I get the following message "SONARPDR.exe has stopped working". I worked with technical support but they have been unable to rectify the problem. They have had me cleanly uninstall and reinstall. Run as Admin, create a new Admin profile, prevent the VST scan, remove all audio devices, stop Antivirus. Nothing has worked. My 8.5 works as does all my other DAW's. 

I7, Vista 32bit business, UAD2 Card, 4GB memory.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the first time I've run into a problem such as this with any Sonar install.

    maybe the installer got corrupted. Try re-downloading it.
