SOUND CAPTURE WITHOUT DOWNLOADING-fLASH AUDIO

so im wondering how i could capture your voice , and have it capable of sending me the audio clips.
 so say i have a song all done with sonar.
 is it possible to capture  some audio from willing folks that dont include downloading a plugin. the only way i think is with a flash player off the memeory in your computer,
 i know the smart guys in this forum will have some input
so as a example you hit a button  or somthing in a flash player to capture some one on the other ends voice without having to install a plugin,
 i think java has this ability, but wonder what the pro audio guys think of this.
 its for personal use for my musician friends who cant install anything without help

    just have them use the windows recorder that comes with windows.

    I tend to suggest audacity to people when they need to record and don't want to purchase anything. the built in recorder in windows is ok in a pinch, but it has absolutely no control over anything.
