Excellent! Overall very polished, tight performances  :-)

Actually I like where the drums are because they fit perfectly and are well balanced in the mix for this genre, very nice brush work, oh and I also love the bass.

Superb collaboration :-)

Thank you sir... I agree...

FRANK!!!!  This is one of my all time favorite songs!  Al Jarreau did this for me by request ( I was front row center at one of his concerts.)

This is a killer tune, and not an easy one either.  I'm very impressed and aside from all that, I just really enjoyed listening to this.

The keyboards, and guitar were excellent.  I just love this, very impressive.
This is such a great tune, great choice, well played !!!

Daryl

Thanks Daryl... I saw Al Jarreau at Chastain Park in Atlanta several years ago... he was accompanied by my 2nd favorite piano player, Joe Sample... What a performance that was...

I've seen Al Jarreau twice.  One in concert with just his band (at which I was front row center - way cool as you can imagine) and the other time he followed The Rippingtons (that was my 3rd Rippingtons concert ).

At the end of the first show, Al was over-time and he said he had one more tune and asked for requests.  People were shouting tunes all over the Theater, except for my favorite.  I just looked up at him and said "Spain...please".  He immediately turned to the band and they kicked it off.  It made my night!  He is such a cool guy.  We were in a music college town and Al said "to all the music students in the audience... this is not MTV.  This is real music and these are real musicians up here."  And he was sooooo right.

Again, on your performance....let me say... BOFFO!

Wow. Out of my genre and way out of my league, but I enjoyed the listen over a hot cup of lemonaide! Sure made the lemonaide a delight.  Everything seems bright and happy now after listening to Spain, even at (ugh!) 6:30 a.m. on a cold, blustery morning in Houston (it snowed yesterday).

This is amazing and really infectious. The syncopation between you guys is awesome.  I'd like to hear you do more jazzy stuff like this one.  I liked this a lot.    Great work guys. Top track.
